TIMOTHY PROJECT The TIMOTHY PROJECT is a pilot partnership program to help enhance the vitality of strong stable churches. We are one of 10 churches out of 420 chosen by our Conference. Available for download, with brief descriptions below, are: The U.S. Congregational Life Survey is the largest and most representative profile of worshipers and their congregations ever developed in the United States. 350,000 worshippers of all faiths were surveyed. 150,000 are in churches the same size as ours (100 – 300 in worship). 21,000 are from UCC churches. Available for download are the results of this survey within our church.Our Identified Strengths as compared with other churches areound the nation, and with other UCC churches of a similar size. The primary strengths defined are: CARING FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTHFOCUS ON COMMUNITY MEANINGFUL WORSHIP EMPOWERING LEADERSHIP |
