YOUTH MINISTRIES

We have a Youth Ministries team that oversees the activities of Senior High Fellowship, Junior High Fellowship and the Youth Diaconate. A Permission Slip is needed for many of the youth outings. Please click to download it in Adobe PDF format.
 
Senior High Fellowship

Our 9th -12th graders are invited to join Senior High Fellowship co-led by Rev. Eric and lay youth leaders.  The group meets Sundays in Riley Hall from 6:30-8:30 pm. Feel free to bring friends from outside our church.

Faith Formation Class

Our 7th and 8th graders attend a Bible and Faith Formation Class, led by Colleen Stroshine, an experienced teacher, Christian educator and Rev. Eric’s wife.  Our goal is to provide a fun and engaging experience for this wonderful group of kids and prepare them for Confirmation in the 9th grade.  The group meets every Sunday from 11:15-12:00 in Room 1 in Riley Hall.




Youth Diaconate 

The Youth Diaconate includes young people in Grade 10 or above who are members of the church. They will have duties that include preparation of Holy Communion, performing the role of Acolyte on Sunday mornings for which they ring the church bell, light candles, and call the congregation to begin worship.

Junior High Fellowship 

Our 7th and 8th graders also attend Junior High Fellowship led by lay leaders.  The group meets every other Sunday in Riley Hall from 5-6:30 pm.
